By using Rap AI Video (rapaivideo.one), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service & Non-Affiliation

Rap AI Video provides AI-generated stage preview images and 15-second short-form videos based on photos you upload and templates you select. Rap AI Video is an independent AI creative tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, COLORS, TikTok, Instagram, or any music artist or record label.

Your Responsibilities & Likeness Consent

You must own or have explicit permission to upload the photos you submit. You may not upload photos of minors, celebrities, politicians, or non-consenting individuals, and you may not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or non-consensual content.

Credit Packs & Purchases

One-time credit packs are charged at the price shown before checkout. Each 15-second AI rap video render consumes 50 credits. Purchased credits do not expire.

If a provider-side AI generation job fails and produces no usable output, the credits consumed for that failed render are automatically returned to your balance.

Uploaded Content and Generated Output

You retain your rights in the photos you upload. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may download and use paid generated output. Viral meme remake templates are delivered as silent MP4 files; when posting on social platforms, you are responsible for complying with the platform's audio library terms.
