Refund Policy

Overview

Rap AI Video lets you browse all stage templates, watch full sample outputs, and generate a free personalized stage preview still before purchasing a credit pack.

Automatic Credit Return on Failed Renders

If an AI video generation job fails because of a provider or system error and no usable video is produced, the 50 credits consumed by that failed task are automatically returned to your account balance so you can retry without paying again.

Monetary Refund-Eligible Cases

We may approve a monetary refund for situations such as:

• duplicate payment for the same intended credit pack purchase;
• an unused credit pack where no credits have been spent, requested within 7 days of purchase;
• another billing error confirmed by our payment records.

Normally Non-Refundable

Generative AI output varies based on input photo lighting and angle. Credits that have already been consumed to produce and deliver a completed MP4 video are normally non-refundable based solely on subjective artistic preference.
