Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Rap AI Video (rapaivideo.one) handles information when you use our AI rap video and stage preview generation service.

Information We Process

1. Account information — such as email, display name, and authentication records when you create an account.
2. Uploaded source photos — the portrait or pet photos you submit to create a stage preview or AI rap video.
3. Generated media and task metadata — preview images, generated MP4 videos, task identifiers, model/provider metadata, status, and generation settings needed to deliver and troubleshoot the service.
4. Billing records — order identifiers, credit pack purchased, amount, payment provider, and payment status. Full payment credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
5. Technical data — essential cookies, session identifiers, language, basic device/browser information, and abuse-prevention logs.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide stage previews and AI rap videos, complete credit pack purchases, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, respond to support requests, and improve the product.

Source Photo Retention

Uploaded source photos are private by default, never used to train AI models, and automatically scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Generated previews or videos and associated task records remain in your account library so you can download them.

AI Providers and Storage

To provide generation, uploaded references and stage prompts are securely sent to our configured AI generation provider. Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 or compatible object storage so the generation provider can retrieve them. We do not sell your personal information.

You may contact support to request access to or deletion of account-related personal data, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record obligations.
